WordPress website and online store development: healthy from birth
Most of the websites I operate on got sick at birth: too many plugins, no backups, slow hosting. So I build new websites the way I'd like to receive them on the operating table: healthy, vaccinated and with a clear medical record.
Prenatal consultation (before we start)
First we talk: what the website should do, who it's for and what you'll want to edit yourself. We go through websites you like and I propose the page structure. You know the price and the due date up front.
What the newborn gets
- A theme tailored to your field and brand, without a bloated page builder
- A WooCommerce store: payments, shipping and order emails
- Galleries, a blog and pages you can edit yourself
- SEO basics: speed, mobile, descriptions for Google, sitemap
- Instagram and Facebook integration
- Vaccinated right after birth: security and backups from day one
A delivery without complications
I build the website quietly on a test address and you can see it as it grows. It goes live on your domain only after your approval and a check on desktop and mobile, including a test purchase for online stores. Then I train you so you can look after it yourself.
Paediatric care after birth
After launch I can keep looking after the website: monitoring, backups and safe updates. It's not mandatory; the website and all access are always yours.
FAQ
How much does a new website cost?
A simple website on a quality theme starts at €245; an online store is priced by the number of products and features. I'll send you the exact price up front and you pay only after handover. You pay for the domain and hosting directly, so the website is always yours.
How long does the delivery take?
Usually two to four weeks from the moment I have the texts and photos. The wait is usually for the content, not for the obstetrician.
Will I be able to manage the website myself?
Yes, that's the whole idea. After handover I'll train you and send a short guide. You can add photos, products and posts without any coding.
Can you redo my old website?
Yes. Sometimes treatment is enough, sometimes a new website is better. After a free diagnosis I'll tell you which pays off more.
